10 x 14 Lean-To - New England Package
Available in Binghamton, NY: The Lean-to offers a contemporary look to your storage building. This structure has 8" overhangs and a New England package which adds even more character to an already great looking out building. This package features wider eave and fascia trim, wider corner trim, classic New England hinges, and transom windows in the doors. We then went ahead and added a row of transom windows above the double doors which allow for a brilliant amount of light to enter inside. We build it better with 4x4 pressure treated runners, double top wall plates (with interlocking corners), 5/8'' engineered floor sheathing, and 2x4 wall and 2x6 rafter studding on 16" centers.
